Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

We believe a useful website should be clear about what it records. This policy describes the information Bissano collects through visible forms, optional diagnostic tracking and website analytics.

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Bissano collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you visit bissano.com.au, use an interactive diagnostic, submit an enquiry, or otherwise contact us.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a visible enquiry form, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, work email address, phone number, company name and the details of your enquiry. If you choose the optional operational diagnostic tracking setting, we may record a random session identifier for that browser tab, anonymous calculator progress and choices, the landing page used and the advertising attribution attached to the page link. Advertising attribution may include UTM parameters, campaign, ad-set and ad identifiers, and Meta or Google click identifiers. We do not use hidden form fields or browser autofill to collect unsubmitted contact details.

3. Why we collect it

We use submitted contact information to respond to your enquiry, understand the process you described, provide requested services and improve our website. We use opted-in diagnostic selections in aggregated or lead-context form to understand which operational problems visitors want help with and to improve the diagnostic. We may use advertising attribution to understand which campaigns generated an enquiry.

4. Analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics and may receive campaign parameters from advertising platforms such as Meta. These services may process information about your visit under their own privacy policies. The optional diagnostic tracking setting is separate from the calculator itself; declining it does not prevent you from using the calculator or submitting an enquiry.

5. Storage, security and disclosure

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Enquiry and diagnostic records may be stored in systems used by Bissano to manage leads and provide services. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our website, email systems, analytics or advertising services, only where needed for those functions or as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

6. Access, correction and complaints

You may ask us for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may also ask questions or make a privacy complaint by contacting us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its latest update date.
